When you purchase your tickets on the Eventsrail website, Eventsrail provides you with the following:

1. The tickets you purchase will be authentic.
2. Eventsrail tries to ensure that you receive your tickets instantly into your account.
3. You will get full refund less 5% (Transaction Fee/charges) in the event the publisher/organizer cancels the event.
4. You can not get a refund after successful purchase if the event is not canceled or the event is postponed.
5. You will get full refund less 3% (Transaction Fee/charges) if you inform us not more than 12 hrs after you have purchased ticket.
6. You will not get any refund if you fail to attend the event and the event was not canceled.

Transaction Fee and TicketCover
Please be aware that only in exceptional circumstances will the transaction fee and TicketCover be refunded by Eventsrail. Any such refund will be at Eventsrail's sole discretion.
This guarantee does not affect any other rights to which you may be entitled.
